Sensor SafyrOPC is an OEM optical particle-counting module designed for integration into cleanroom and contamination-monitoring equipment. It provides particle counts across five size channels with a controlled 2.83 L/min sampling flow.

Each sensing module is individually calibrated according to ISO 21501-4 and supplied with a calibration certificate linked to its serial number.

Building a reliable particle-counting instrument requires control of sampling flow, particle-size channels, counting performance, calibration, electronics and communication.

Sensor SafyrOPC provides manufacturers with a compact and individually calibrated OEM sensing module that can be integrated into their own cleanroom, process-monitoring or contamination-control equipment.

Controlled sampling architecture

The sensing module provides a controlled nominal sampling flow of 2.83 L/min for defined particle-counting conditions.

Five particle-size channels

Particle counts are provided across five defined size channels for integration into the final system's monitoring and analysis functions.

Individual ISO 21501-4 calibration

Each module is individually calibrated and supplied with a certificate linked to its serial number.

OEM integration

The compact module can be integrated into custom electronics, enclosures, communication systems and monitoring equipment.
