Sensor SafyrOPC is an OEM optical particle-counting module designed for integration into cleanroom and contamination-monitoring equipment. It provides particle counts across five size channels with a controlled 2.83 L/min sampling flow.

Each sensing module is individually calibrated according to ISO 21501-4 and supplied with a calibration certificate linked to its serial number.
